Refund policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order, change your mind or the items arrive faulty, please contact me at beadsandlemons@gmail.com and I will guide you through the returns process.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unworn and undamaged. You can return or exchange items up to 14 days after delivery.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless deemed to be faulty. If you have received a faulty item, please provide me with your order number, the name of the item that is damaged and photographic evidence and details of the fault.
Returns of sale or personalised/customised items are not accepted.
If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for covering the shipping fee, returning the item and ensuring its arrival. Beads & Lemons will not take responsibility if any item that has not been received, so please consider using a trackable delivery service to ensure the arrival of your order.
If an item does not reach me in its original condition or if an item isn’t shipped within 14 days after delivery, I may not process returns.
