Shipping policy

Packaging

All our jewellery is hand-wrapped in reusable cotton pouches. The pouch is then wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with a branded lemon sticker. The order is shipped in a small recyclable box or jiffy envelope that fits in your mail box.

The tissue paper and craft packaging can be re-used or recycled, and your jewellery pouch is intended to stay with you forever for storage, travel or gifting!

 

Shipping

All orders are hand-made or assembled, wrapped and shipped from Prague, Czech Republic, within one to five working days from the time of your order.

MATERNITY LEAVE NOTICE: Order processing time is currently extended up to 10 business days as I am on maternity leave.

Orders are shipped using private shipping courriers or the national postal service depending on your destination. For most countries, you can choose to have your order delivered to an address or to a pick-up point. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Beads & Lemons is not responsible for any shipping delays or unforeseen events after the dispatch date. 

Please keep in mind that orders shipped to outside the EU may undergo custom checks, so it is possible your package will seem pre-opened when it arrives, although this rarely happens. In the unlikely event of your package being checked and stored in customs, Beads & Lemons is not responsible for any potential additional charges or delays.

Your order tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
