Packaging

 

All jewellery is hand-wrapped in responsibly made pouches from a linen/cotton blend. The pouch is then wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with a branded lemon sticker. The order is shipped in a small recyclable box or jiffy envelope that fits in your mail box.

The tissue paper and craft packaging can be re-used or recycled, and your jewellery pouch is intended to stay with you forever for storage, travel or gifting!

Shipping
​

All orders are hand-made, wrapped and shipped from Prague, Czech Republic, within one to five working days from the time of your order.

​

Orders are shipped using private shipping courriers depending on your destination. For most countries, you can choose to have your order delivered to an address or to a pick-up point. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

 

Beads & Lemons is not responsible for any shipping delays or unforeseen events after the dispatch date.

Please keep in mind that orders shipped to the UK, Switzerland and other countries outside the EU may undergo custom checks, so it is possible your package will seem pre-opened when it arrives, although this rarely happens. In the unlikely event of your package being checked and stored in customs, Beads & Lemons is not responsible for any potential additional charges or delays.

Your order tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Free pick-up in Prague

Please note that at this time we do not offer free in-person pick-up in due to the busy nature of the festive season. For urgent gift deliveries or inquiries please contact us by email at beadsandlemons@gmail.com.

Returns

​

Returns are only available if your item(s) arrive faulty.

​

If you wish to return your jewellery, please contact me at beadsandlemons@gmail.com and I will guide you through the returns process. 

​

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unworn and undamaged. You can return or exchange items up to 10 days after delivery. Exchanges and store credit are available up to 30 days after delivery.

Refunds are not currently possible.

 

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless deemed to be faulty. If you have received a faulty item, please provide me with your order number, the name of the item that is damaged and photographic evidence and details of the fault. 

 

Returns of sale items are not accepted.

 

If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for covering the shipping fee, returning the item and ensuring its arrival. Beads & Lemons will not take responsibility if any item that has not been received, so please consider using a trackable delivery service to ensure the arrival of your order.

 

If an item does not reach me in its original condition or if an item isn’t shipped within 30 days after the delivery, I may not process returns.
